Volunteer Instructions
How to Sign-up:
After selecting Sign-up your request to be a volunteer for the event will be entered. Below the Fundraiser Event Sign-up form the event that you signed up for will be listed. At this point you could sign-up for additional events by selecting the desired event and selecting the Sign-up button. The information previously entered (Name, Phone, Email) are retained so you do not need to re-enter them each time. As additional events are selected they to will be added to the sign-up list below. The system automatically prevents you from signing up for the same event more than once.
For each event that you sign-up for an email is sent to both the event committee leader and to yourself indicating the Event date and time. The Event committee leader will contact you with further information and details about the event and to personally confirm your sign-up.
How to view a list of volunteers for each event:
After selecting an event a list of confirmed volunteers will be displayed for the selected event. This will allow everyone to see which events they have signed up for and to also see which events need volunteers.
